Once you complete the request form, we will take the following steps:

Create a table of costs for your review, and to share with your neighbours.
Working with you, we'll host an online (or in person) meeting to allow everyone to ask questions and learn more about our service. All you need to do is invite your neighbours. *Please make sure that all owners have been invited to attend.
When the vote confirms the required percentage of owners agree to switch, you are able to give your current factor notice. Typically, a period of 3 months-notice is required. *We can assist with message templates for serving notice.
Once appointed, we'll schedule an initial site inspection for the 30 days prior to launch, and share the findings and subsequent recommendations. *There is no charge for this inspection.
As soon as we are appointed 91BC will issue a Welcome Communication and login details for our online Community portal.
